Returns


1. Please complete the Returns & Exchanges form that was included with your order and include this with your item(s) in the original packaging.

2. To ensure the safety of your return, we recommend using an insured shipping method such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Insured Parcel Post. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.


Exchanges


1. For a swift exchange process, place a new order online or contact us to assist you with your new order.

2. Return your original order by following the return process outlined above within 30 days of receiving your order.


Additional Information


- All items for return or exchange must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

- We will process your return or exchange within a reasonable time after receiving the item, subject to the item being in the condition described above.

- Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected.

- In the event of an exchange, any price difference will be handled during the new order process.
